自助式嘅串燒烤真係第一次試,呢間餐廳主打任食港式串燒,款式都幾多,值得一讚嘅係舖頭入面冷氣開得夠大,連對住個燒烤爐都涼浸浸咁,燒耐啲都唔會身水身汗,坐得幾舒服~😆小店喺旺角有兩間分店,座位唔算太多,只有七張六人枱,想同朋友嚟嘅記得book定位!串燒放題任食120分鐘,價錢低至$198,可以任食澳洲和牛、紐西蘭牛、黑毛豬同埋其他海鮮、蔬菜串燒,款式多達40款,仲有汽水櫃任飲嘅飲品,仲有得加錢飲啤酒,啱晒同朋友傾住計慢慢燒!------------------------------🍖◖ 120分鐘任食串燒放題◗ $198 p.p.呢個價錢係星期六午市時段三點前入坐,黎食個weekend brunch,就算平日晚市時段都只係$248,性價比嚟講都幾高!每張枱都會有啲醬料同調味粉,佢嘅燒汁甜甜地幾惹味,可以根據自己口味加上孜然、椒鹽同辣粉,串燒嘅風味出晒嚟!❤️▪️ 肉類🥓肉類雞牛豬羊都有齊,大推佢嘅牛舌👅同雞腎,爽脆多汁,而且味道濃郁!豬肉有豬肉眼、五花肉肩胛肉豬大腸;牛肉有和牛牛柳、牛西冷、牛舌、牛肋腩;雞肉有雞腎、雞翼、雞軟骨、雞皮同雞卷;羊肉就有羊肉卷。個人覺得佢嘅牛類幾好食,牛味幾濃郁

▪️ 肉類🥓
肉類雞牛豬羊都有齊,大推佢嘅牛舌👅同雞腎,爽脆多汁,而且味道濃郁!豬肉有豬肉眼、五花肉肩胛肉豬大腸;牛肉有和牛牛柳、牛西冷、牛舌、牛肋腩;雞肉有雞腎、雞翼、雞軟骨、雞皮同雞卷;羊肉就有羊肉卷。個人覺得佢嘅牛類幾好食,牛味幾濃郁,但係小心唔好燒得太過,燒到七成熟,搽上佢嘅燒汁在燒多一陣就可以上碟,唔係外皮就會太乾~

▪️ 海鮮類🦑
海鮮有蜆肉、鯖魚同多春魚,多春魚真係必試,啱啱燒出嚟外脆內軟,加上椒鹽,真係超級正!

▪️ 丸類🧆
提供唔同嘅丸類同腸類,同樣地燒出嚟都好出色,丸類有魚片頭、墨魚丸、貢丸、魚蛋、蝦卷、魚肉年糕、燒賣同豬肉丸;而腸類就有芝士腸、廚師腸同台灣腸。個人覺得墨魚丸、貢丸、魚肉年糕都好好食,腸類就推薦芝士腸,燒出嚟脆皮爆汁💦,口感味道都好正,但小心會辣到嘴!

▪️ 蔬菜類🥬
其實蔬菜類串燒燒出嚟都幾好食,但奈何平時出面食性價比真係唔高,喺呢度可以食多幾轉都冇問題~😎佢提供豆卜、雞髀菇、翠玉瓜、車厘茄、冬菇、日本甜薯同秋葵。個人覺得要試豆卜、雞髀菇同秋葵,搽埋個醬汁,燒出嚟有啲焦糖嘅感覺,外脆入面好多汁,口感味道都幾好!

▪️ 小食🍍
佢小食類都有唔少選擇,有燒菠蘿、雞蛋仔同棉花糖,作為餐後甜點都唔錯!菠蘿好甜好多汁,見到佢係用新鮮菠蘿切出嚟,幾高質!個雞蛋仔外表好普通,但燒完之後,外面脆脆地入面暖暖哋軟綿綿咁,口感味道都冇得彈!

▪️ 飲品🥤
佢呢度嘅飲品樽裝比較多,有豆漿、檸檬茶、檸檬蜜嗰啲,個人覺得佢飲品都安排得唔錯~
