To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然想食日本菜,記起朋友推薦過。所以就立刻過去試一下,只是到的時候門口有很多人排隊要等一段時間,這也說明我沒來錯,怎麽大概20分鍾,終於有位置,肚子也餓了,所以就立刻叫吃,但是也是因為肚子太餓,所以忘了很多拍照,刺生今天我试了油甘鱼腩,左口鱼和海膽,是值得一试,水準以上。比旁边的好吃多了,之后我们也见了好多熟的,熟的好吃一半一般的也一半。天妇罗很好吃,鸡泡鱼也不错,芝士年糕也很好吃,就是有点腻。 有点失望的是羊架,肉煮有点过熟所以在自家餐厅我推荐的是刺生寿司,熟食就有一般,但价格方面就挺平民化,还是值得一试吧,下次还会再来肚子太餓,只拍了幾個食物
