To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新鮮鮮甜,入口爽脆彈牙,蘸少少日式豉油同吃非常惹味﹗
呢個佢地話係咩秘製雞煲就麻麻地﹗
食落味道看似無咩主題,微辣少少鹹的雞,雞亦不算嫩及香,最後食剩餸就係呢煲野﹗
蒸魚頭﹗又係友人趁我唔食,叫個加大碼返來﹗
我嘆緊啤酒時友人要我影相,呢舊佢話係極品中極品﹗
入口滑溜得不得了,膠質重,口喉被那油脂骨膠原感包圍的感覺是絕妙﹗
聽佢講完,我唔食到感受到佢既興奮﹗
加多無數支啤酒,埋單位位二百,出品很不錯,老店能如此屹立不倒數十載自有其可愛之處,特別係個煲仔飯真係超好食,有興趣可以來呢度試下﹗
