To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百份百愈開愈多分店,同集團有幾間唔同名既店舖,我覺得質素唔錯~呢日去開觀塘,未夠11點仲趕得切食個靚早餐!叫左野菌炒蛋配蒜蓉牛油多士拚火腿通粉。野菌炒蛋有好香既菇味,不過個蛋略嫌炒得老左d,好熟,食唔到滑蛋既感覺,有點可惜,但味道唔錯的~反而配角蒜蓉牛油多士烘得出色,不多不少的蒜蓉牛油溶化係暖暖既多士上面,香噴噴又脆卜卜,多士夠哂大件,食哂已經飽左大半,好彩個通粉都係迷你SIZE,咁就唔會食到過飽。成日覺得餐廳整既通粉係唔同D,同樣係火腿通粉但係屋企係煮唔到呢種味道。落少少胡椒粉食簡直PERFECT!美好的一天就是由美味的早餐開始嚕~~
