To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過上次食到冰涼麵包嘅餐蛋治後，深深不憤，決定再去百分百食餐蛋治烘底做早餐，時間係朝早10點半左右，但餐廳入座率，目測有九成滿，對於一個有10多座樓嘅屋邨，而且可以提供堂食早餐嘅食肆多達10間咁多嚟講，加上時間係接近午市時間，可想而知呢間餐廳係幾咁受歡迎。上次食嘅餐蛋治時，塊麵包係凍冰冰，今次醒目加$2烘底，口感完全唔同哂，而且每件三文治唔單只蛋夠厚夠滑，餐肉亦有兩塊方罐火腿午餐肉，而且厚度亦適中，唔會太薄，麵包係厚身麵包，所以如果細食啲嘅話，真係可以當午餐。而最重要係每件三文治都好貼心咁用一張厚身牛油紙墊底，可以好斯文、好優雅咁拎起件三文治嚟食，食完唔會隻手有油之餘，仲唔會跌到周圍係，呢方面絕對要加分，所以個樓面畀支叉我（見三文治上方）算係多餘嘅，莫非佢唔想畀人話我無叉用？哈哈！奶茶，我喜歡落啡糖去調味，味道好過用砂糖，茶嘅濃度適中，我好怕飲過濃嘅奶茶，因為會帶苦味，滑度亦足夠，而且帶有微微茶香，又無酸味（你比較過大家樂嘅奶茶就知我講乜啦），唔錯。埋單計都只係$35，咁嘅食物質素，如果有得揀嘅話，仲使乜幫襯兩大一美，或者太興？

第三次食呢間，每次等食物都超過30分鐘以上，焗豬扒飯要等半個鐘，炒牛河好小小25分鐘，今次等個肉餅飯35分鐘，頂唔順，係等左25分鐘果陣已經問個服務員幾時出餐，個服務話即叫即整，依家已經蒸緊，當時餐廳內大概得6成滿嘅客人，咁我就再等多10分鐘，杯涷檸茶啲冰都溶曬都仲未等到先個蒸肉餅飯，等唔到了，lunch break 有限時，等個飯等超過半個鐘，嘥晒人地啲時間，其他分店可以出餐快成倍，唔明點解呢間可以慢到咁，以後不了

基本上每次都必叫嘅麻辣牛肉炒飯 飯炒到好乾身 麻辣味好夠 平時有食開辣嘅朋友都話幾啦😂不過我嫌牛肉唔夠多 好似食緊冇肉嘅炒飯咁 但味道真係唔錯 另外叫咗個梅菜扣肉飯扣肉幾入味

星期五中午1點10分入席 1點40分都未有得食 吹咗三次 見到樓面姐姐真係有入廚房追 亦都聽到廚房好大聲嗌出嚟「想快去麥當勞食」大家都明白唔飯時間梗係人多啦 你今日第一日開門咩 第一次做午市咩 今時今日咁樣嘅服務態度 雖然廚房個大哥嗌出嚟可能係鬧返門面啲嘢啫唔係直接鬧客人 但出面嘅客人清楚聽到即係話你個廚房大梗係有心鬧客人 如果做唔掂嘅話 咁你咪做下人數控制唔好收咁多客囉 衷心希望你以後大把位日日可以慢慢煮講番嗰炒飯印尼森巴海鮮炒飯淨係見到兩三隻蝦仔同埋一啲好鹹嘅臘腸鹹味非一般人能夠接受 食咗幾羹食唔掂走咗就咁炒埋一堆 講真啲咁嘅屋邨茶餐廳嘅都唔要求咁多 再加上佢係集團經營 更加冇咩要求不過整個體驗有服務態度嗰碟炒飯嘅味道 根本不值一提 路過行過趕時間就冇乜所謂 絕對唔會真心想去再食第二次

紅白鴛鴦焗飯 跟餐飲 雞和豬扒都很腍，份量也不少；而且番茄汁覆蓋整個焗飯，味道不俗😋，比起其他某某連鎖店好好多呢！下一次可以再食😅！至於（熱）好立克很大杯，但味道很淡，飲完也不確定是不是好立克😅！服務員少，態度一般，可能因一人要招呼多枱客人的緣故。
