To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次二人都想食日本菜,不過呢又唔想食太多嘅生食,所以呢就呢間啦!其實好耐之前都嚟過㗎喇!不過,印象就只係貴夾唔抵食,咁今次就嗌咗個飯,佢最出名嘅就係嗰個類似燒餅嘅關西燒啦,串燒,最後就因為唔夠飽就嗌少少壽司啦!同埋嗌咗個炸豆腐。整體上,食物就普通啲,畀我就未必下次再來食。環境方面,入到去坐都幾舒服!服務態度就非常好!但係食物方面,個關西燒住就比想像中失望,一食落口,唔知點解就係失望感覺!豆腐就比較乾呀!食得一嚿都唔想食啦!咁串燒就普普通!最後就個石頭鍋飯都係普普通通。壽司,本身就唔係menu裏面,如你要叫,就咁叫啦,咁想知價錢呢,就要問下的服務員, 佢就會幫你去check一check ,咁呢度就唔係太方便呀!所以話兩人傾偈係一個好地方,但係你想食靚、食好的話,本人就覺得普通啲啦!
