To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 焗芝士菠菜鋪滿飯面,每啖飯都食到焗過的芝士,飯同千層麵各有四大粒珍珠蠔,蠔好肥美,焗的時間恰到好處,蠔仲好嫩滑,食落好滿足!千層麵好薄身,食多都唔會覺得滯!

3. 芝士焗海鮮飯$58

不過不失的焗海鮮飯,芝士同白汁夠多撈飯最岩!配料都唔少,有魚柳,蟹柳,帶子同兩隻蝦。

4. 焗珍珠蠔 $48/2

焗蠔好香口,有炸過的香草煙肉鋪面,上檯時熱辣辣,好食到d蠔汁都唔想浪費!真係食過番尋味!


$88一個焗飯響住宅區黎講算係比較貴,間中滿足一下愛食蠔的自己無所謂啦
