沙田新城市新貴馬拉餐廳,星期五下午六點到步攞飛等半小時才入座,因為真是非常多人!一字骨肉骨茶:肉骨茶主要精粹當然不少得豬肉,識食一定揀一字骨,肥瘦均勻之外,貼近骨的豬肉份外香甜和鬆化,吸收肉骨茶的味道非常滋味!這個肉骨茶配料豐富,包括豆卜、冬菇、枝竹等等,全部都能吸收濃郁的肉骨茶香,喝完整個湯後特別覺得行氣活血又滋補喔!椰香咖央多士:多士即叫即做,當然鬆化香脆。師傅塗上大量咖央椰香濃郁非常,加入鮮牛油令多士更為好味,大家記得上枱即食!馬拉沙嗲串燒:分別有豬、雞、牛任君選擇,餐廳會平均分配,總數是六串。牛肉牛味濃郁,上枱陣陣香,配合特製沙嗲醬汁實在提升層次!檳城炒粿條:炒粿條真是不得了!因為河粉不油不膩,條條分明!配料包括有芽菜、臘腸、鮮蝦等等,配搭一流!味道更加能夠帶有馬來西亞風味!
