To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過811 嘅酸菜魚唔錯，今次試埋佢嘅烤魚。我哋㨂左重慶麻辣火鍋魚 $298。雖然價錢唔算平，但份量係勁多，條魚勁大條！基本上2個人叫一份已經好飽唔洗再點其他嘢😅，咁樣計落其實都幾抵。我哋點左少辣，辣度啱啱好，麻麻哋辣辣哋，湯底味道濃郁。魚係用咗魽魚，大大條目測超過一斤重，魽魚骨少肉嫩，啖啖肉之餘，魚味鮮甜，口感和味道都與鯇魚相似，鍾意食鯇魚嘅朋友就啱晒啦。～烤魚還有其他配菜如豆卜、芽菜，吸收晒湯底精華份外好食👍🏻另外我哋仲叫咗Somersby Crush $42，賣相非常吸引！酒杯內有幾粒發光嘅cube，好靚！打卡一流😝
