我哋成日慶祝周年紀念都會嚟到呢度,鍾意環境靚,裝修極具地道,彷彿去咗旅行咁🧳黑松露鰻魚釜飯石鍋上,黎到先點火,一打開聞到超香嘅黑松露香氣,大大件鰻魚夠哂厚肉,好有口感,同黑松露醬混合非常夾,甜醬油風味,個底仲有完整嘅飯焦添,充滿層次。海膽杯~恍似藝術品嘅擺盤好靚,上層大大塊海膽,入口鮮甜順滑,同魚子好夾,食完再食下層嘅蟹仔,香脆又鮮味,最後先食粒漬醃栗子,甘甜兼清埋餘味,好滿足。蟹味噌甲羅燒蟹蓋裝住蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹籽、鵪鶉蛋,將材料拌勻再燒,將蟹未發揮極致🙌🏻海鮮沙律~平時刺身就食得多,原來都可以整成沙律,油甘魚、三文、吞拿魚,三款刺身魚加埋新鮮沙律菜,混合黑醋汁,食落凍冰冰,唔會太酸,越食越開胃。銀鱈魚西京燒即叫即燒,等大約20分鐘就食到!微焦嘅外皮脆卜卜,魚肉非常嫩,味道夠鮮,同甜甜地嘅醬汁好夾👍🏻發現餐牌度有限定蛋糕 🍰今日嘅係雲呢拿千層蛋糕😍牛乳味濃厚,滑溜而且唔會太甜,心形嘅擺盤,睇見已經好開心!
