To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 24Dec2007 1230今年此集團的生意真係好到不得了，聖誕節外賣要二千蚊以上先有送貨服務，十九幾年前都係舊幾水就搞掂。食物由圖片由左上角向右至左下角分佈如下：焗西班牙海鮮飯 – 像走了豬扒的焗茄汁飯；鴛鴦雞中翼 (椒鹽及鹵水) – 味道剛剛好，不錯；星洲沙爹雞肉串 – 汁不夠濃，雞肉稍鞋；原隻大蝦鮮果沙律 – 不過不失；泰式香葉小雞腿/鮮蝦石榴球 – 連基本應有的味道都沒有；日式煙鴨胸鮮果生菜沙律 (配芝麻汁) – 一定要配汁食，不過芝麻汁的芝麻味少了幾分，如果黑醋加少少鹽，咁就 very good；泰越式小食拼盤 (蔗蝦、紙包小雞腿、越式粉絲春卷、粟米芝士春卷) – 頗硬，無計，呢的要即食先至好一點。千幾蚊的價錢加上趁好景搶錢的情況來看，都俾合格，點知俾個芒果西果布甸累街妨，真係酸到冇朋友，就咁變喊面啦。
