To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港,從前係一片幾美好既地方,可惜近來真係愈黎愈差,遲d仲可能完了。如果大家仲想懷念下呢d香港人老精神,傳統文化既話,呢間打邊爐真係幾唔錯,比起d日本邊爐,都不相伯仲,各有千秋(而韓式邊爐,就唔好提喇,因為一d都唔入流,本人就最憎)。環境方面,裝修格局都非常有心機,因為全部都係仿八十年代既環境,帶埋父母黎,佢地應該會幾懷念,而我地年青一代見到,都覺得好特別。食物方面,任食類食物質素都唔錯,食落都幾好味,而最緊要呢度有d點單食物,如海鮮果d,想食好d既朋友就可以單叫下呢d野食。本人最鐘意既牛,安格斯牛,就值得讚一讚喇,雖然切得都幾細條,但食落好有牛味,同埋都幾嫩口,點埋d醬食真係一流!!!
