To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六打完波(City Golf), 駕車去試下老趙油麻地新店。乾淨過舊店好多,食物保持水準,唯一是他的濱海比較貴,同埋唔係用好幼的米粉做。建議可改良春卷做法,現在太多馬蹄,正宗越南春卷內有粉絲,紅蘿蔔絲,肉絲等及用米紙卷住用慢火炸。想問一句,點解連老趙都冇越南咖啡(滴滴咖啡),咁點算係?
