朋友話銅鑼灣新開左間打邊爐,雖然呢個冬天唔凍,但食打邊爐都係冬季首選。銅鑼灣C出口過馬路就係,非常方便。搭lib上到8樓,一出lib門見到乾淨企理的裝修,頓時心情明亮。侍應非常客氣同熱情,主動介紹特色菜品,同我地有說有笑,心情更好啦。看看菜單,菜品十分豐富,足足兩版。侍應推介燉湯係招牌。我地揀左『花膠響螺燉豬尾』真係招牌冇揀錯!侍應話一定要先飲湯後打邊爐,因為啲湯好鮮,仲非常客氣地幫我地筆湯,服務周到!湯好濃味,一上桌已經飄香四溢。老闆話啲湯係真材實料煲出來,冇落味精。老火靚湯鮮美可口,飲完一啖仲想飲,喺現在呢個咩都偷工減料的社會真係好難得。湯底材料豐富,雞腳、響螺、豬尾一大煲,光是飲湯已經夠飽!FB簽到同分享即送一碟『三文魚刺身』刺身夠新鮮,仲另外配一碟芥末豉油蘸料,用心。火鍋調味料齊全「鮮鵝腸」白白淨淨,晶瑩透亮,睇落非常新鮮。浸水後縮水得厲害,但食落很脆不塞牙。蘸醬料更好味。「麻辣溏心皮蛋」成日食糖心蛋,溏心皮蛋應該都唔錯。擺盤精緻,皮蛋上灑滿芝麻,但對我地來講太辣,鍾意四川菜的朋友可以一試。「響鈴」打邊爐必叫。呢間響鈴都炸得唔錯,有豬油香,唔膩唔會太油,滿意。「珊瑚蚌」個樣好靚
