蒜茸粉絲蒸扇貝,可能蒸得過左火,元貝有少少Un,及原來南記會幫我地掉曬群邊及內臟(佢話要特別講先會留)😢,又加上蒸過火,所以賣相麻麻,冇乜野睇

白灼蝴蝶蚌,平時好難買到,但元朗街市竟然有!今次第一次試,蚌肉比蜆更鮮甜,但一上枱不太吸引,因爲蚌肉已經甩左跌到碟內😂

南記加工費其實都算貴,係我次次都去因為為咗呢隻燒鵝,簡直係呢度嘅招牌!😋😋😋朋友食完都讚!燒鵝上枱時溫度溫熱,個皮好脆,肉汁豐富!好入味!簡直好味過深井嗰啲鋪頭多多聲❣️❣️

除咗呢啲海鮮之外,我哋仲叫咗咕嚕肉丶雜菜煲及豉油王炒麵!個炒麵又係超讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻呢度啲小炒類認真不錯,大家一定要試吓!
