To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 機場餐廳一般都太貴或太hea,幸好有翠華才有個抵食的地方落腳。兩個人的早餐,點了魚片河,豬軟骨米線及腿蛋治,老實說魚片不太新鮮魚湯底亦屬一般所以不推薦。豬軟骨不過不失,有點太乾身,覺得味道比平常差了些。最好味的是腿蛋治,中間炒蛋真得十分軟滑,新鮮暖暖的三文治,不消兩分鐘就吃光,讚!
