To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黃金有米龍蝦,貴氣的樣子,味道也是同樣貴氣,龍蝦肉雖然無剛才的龍蝦鉗咁有氣勢,但配上炸米,加上生果,勁有夏日氣息,特別如果呢排因為社會關係冇乜胃口,呢個應該都可以為你推薦。

反而全晚龍蝦菜式當中,最愛這個香茅金不換炒龍蝦年糕煲,那個香氣味道,首屈一指,fusion嘅煮法,配上濃度高的香茅和來自韓國的年糕,炒上連殻的龍蝦,非常惹味,而且鑊氣非常夠。

除左龍蝦菜式以外,今晚我哋亦都食左翠亨邨的名作,醬燒牛肋骨。呢個絕對是我在尖沙咀夜上海之後吃過最美味的牛肋骨,牛肉腍到一個點,肉香又夠強,而且非常大份,一班人share最好,配上配菜和醬汁,又可以送飯,首本名作的地位不用懷疑。

尾聲來個刁草龍蝦伴黑松露醬稻庭烏冬,聽名字你以為會好飽,但係你錯了,黑松露醬的香反而令你更開胃,稻庭烏冬的煙韌和龍蝦肉出奇地夾,只可惜,我們怕吃不到太多,只是一人吃了半份,要分的關係,趕不及係最熱辣辣嘅情況食。因此味道失色左少少。

點了兩個甜品,蜂蜜蛋散和蓮蓉西米焗布甸也是非常受歡迎的項目,特別是蓮蓉西米焗布甸,面層卻得剛好,蓮蓉瘋湧出來的程度和西米的韌度,叫愛甜品的你一定愛上。蜂蜜蛋散就不過不失,但有朋友愛吃都吃不停。
