To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是晚突然出了Isquare, 又已經成7點吾知食咩既時候便想起南海一號。 便打電話去訂位, 雖然說8:30都要等一會。 入到去等了2-3分鐘便有位了, 其實真的不太多人。需不是坐在落地玻璃旁, 這邊是沒有平台的一面景觀不錯的。我們兩人坐的是4人台, 真的有一點不好意思。 可能入坐時他們看見我大包小包吧!黃蝦片, 香脆有一點pepper似的味道點了一份2人晚餐 (每位680)前菜: 陳醋雲耳 (少辣, 那醋很香)蟹黃翅~必食! 啖啖蟹肉同翅特大帶子配茄子 (由於茄子帶子表面是炸了, 茄子吸了太多油。不過那帶子真的太大了, 已忘了茄子的問題)番茄不是日本溫室的那樣甜, 但內里的白果甜都好像從糖水拿出來一樣。云耳班片 (此道菜主要吃“皮”, 厚厚的)娘惹龍蝦 (吃的時候, 真想加一碗白飯, 蝦是走了油的, 剛好的又不太油膩or over)珍珠鴨 特色甜品 … 以為是什麼糖水似的….芒果芝士蛋糕伴熱情果雪芭,酸酸既雪芭!鮮菓香芧沙冰伴荔技雪糕, 冰凍香芧的味道, 非常清新。(不過味道好像龍眼冰) 這是店員送的!!豆沙蘋葉角
