To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情下沒有遊客來香港,所有為遊客而設的東西都失去目標,身為香港人實在有點心酸。酒店、酒樓都各出奇謀,希望吸引本地消費,所以衍生很多不計成本的優惠,今次的“南海一號任點任食”是其中之一。幾年前來南海一號吃晚飯,兩人消費了近3000元,也是美好回憶,今天的任食,兩人消費才456元,也是美好的體驗,本來期望不大,但進店就被維港美景吸引,6米的樓底,開揚得很,藍天白雲,我們編排在轉角位,單是美景已不指$456。任點的品種約30個,可接受,但90分鐘比較急,上檯的食物大都熱辣辣,真係現點現做,十分好,有誠意,味道中上,對得住價錢。有些食評比較差,我祇能說一分錢一分貨吧!
