Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冬至正日,當大家團圓造節時,我們幾個單身朋友,家裡又單薄,沒有熱鬧做節,於是就相約出外吃飯。諾士佛臺一間樓上日本料理,旺中帶靜,環境優雅舒適,彷彿瞬間去到中環區。菠蘿燒酌 葡萄燒酌濃濃節日氣氛下,我們想輕酌一杯,酒精都有一定份量,有微醺效果,兩款fruity的酒,容易入口,葡萄的果香更濃。串燒我們叫了一些串燒,發覺這裡的串燒都燒得很好,夠香又不會過火,我特別喜歡蕃茄豚肉和露筍豚肉串,薄薄的豚肉包著蔬菜,蕃茄仔更有爆汁效果。壽司以時令魚作壽司,有金目鯛、赤蝦、深海池魚、三文魚、伊左木、吞拿魚,賣相精緻,魚肉甜美新鮮。最後來杯暖茶,將吃過生冷物的胃溫暖一下,對身體也好。

我們叫了一些串燒,發覺這裡的串燒都燒得很好,夠香又不會過火,我特別喜歡蕃茄豚肉和露筍豚肉串,薄薄的豚肉包著蔬菜,蕃茄仔更有爆汁效果。
