To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有人升職又加薪,攞錢出嚟慶祝下,識食之人就推介此處,一行14人就唔客氣。到達時只見唐皇的裝飾,再望出去,更係維港醉人的夜色,品嚐著自攜、帶點凍嘅白酒,實是不錯嘅頭盤,只可惜沒有"幻彩詠香江",可惜!此處有別於一般嘅酒樓,一圍圍嘅菜單較少,識食之人就決定散講,同行嘅人當然無異議,難得有人諗食咩。菜餚陸續嘅上枱,發現普遍比一般酒樓嘅份量少,的的骰骰,但賣相比一般酒樓就講究D,擺得有D Style!所以唔係每道餸有有機會試到: 鐵板蜜汁叉燒 - 將叉燒切薄片,放上鐵板,令叉燒保持熱騰騰,上枱時淋汁(應該係燒汁),汁嘅香味就散發,提升食慾,食落叉燒嫩口,汁嘅味道變得更濃郁! 脆皮燒腩仔 - 以4x4嘅正方形排列上碟,避免影響賣相,將底層有骨嘅位置切走,這樣嘅size令食客能一啖過,享受脆皮之餘,還能一起品嚐肥瘦肉,周到! 酥炸坑腩 - 整舊坑腩加上薄薄一層粉漿,落鍋炸,然後切件上碟,肥瘦分明仍然保持著牛腩嘅嫩滑,正! 芥蘭炸牛肉 - 連莖連葉一條過嘅粗身芥蘭,炸嘅時候落點微辣嘅沙嗲醬,芥蘭爽口翠綠,牛肉嫩口,,有特色! 咕嚕肉 - 賣相普通,味道不過不失,不過應該落咗少許蜜糖,令食物添了點黏性

酸甜蝦 - 將大蝦分開三段,落鍋炸一炸,再以酸甜汁炒至乾身,蝦肉結實,汁全入蝦身,蝦殼還帶點脆身!

柚子皮炆海參 - 無食柚子,只食海參,夠淋身,海參全被汁包圍,唔錯!

上湯浸豆苗 - 豆苗好嫩,清清淡淡,讓味蕾微微休息一下!

膽膽麵 - 極重嘅花生醬味道,埋我胃口,只可惜個麵事先煮定,黏埋一舊,師傅又唔記得鬆鬆佢,要自己攪掂,美中不足!

侍應服務也是一流,加水幾次菜葉會無味,侍應會主動換菜葉,埋單時亦幫我哋減少咗一D費用(例:開瓶費)。

靚景加上美食加上一流服務,無咩可以彈!
