To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天到沙田翠園，中午13：08，但未能取票（取票機）是正價午餐，如要取就跟排隊（13：45）開始才可取票。咁食午餐點算？都係排隊。最後大力爭取（浪費）10分鐘才決定有方法安排。另一嚴重問題（美心皇宮及翠園）多間分店的（洗手間）無厠紙及抹手紙。地方不潔又舊（沖水馬桶水箱）按制不靈（昨天在信德）今天在沙田都令人失望。希望管理人員能注意：（洗手間）的設備及清潔。另工作人員守秩：點解有取票機不能用。本人好傷心
