To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Introduction
It provides different nostalgic and new dim sum, such as abalone siu mai and black steamed bun. It also serves classic canton cuisines like crunchy suckling pig with glutinous rice and crunchy boneless short rib, both crunchy outside but tender inside.

同長輩嘅家庭聚會離不開都係食中餐,雖然我兩個阿姨喺外國返嚟,但係今次係慶祝我老豆生日,所以都係去食中餐,中餐都冇乜特別地方多選擇,來來去去都係酒樓冇乜特別。我想講每次去翠園食飯慶祝,每次都係叫一圍,首先想講有時有啲信用卡優惠,叫餐食都幾抵食,同埋每一碟都幾大碟。我想講佢哋啲燒雞好好食,之後呢乳豬仔都唔錯,佢有時啲湯都幾好飲,我最鍾意係食佢哋個鴨腳,真係好鬼大隻。最緊要啲服務員姐姐個個都好好禮貌招呼都幾好

星期日午市約兩點半入座,初初都好驚最喜愛的蜜汁叉燒王已經沽清。皇天不負有心人,慶幸食到遠近馳名,手切透光叉燒,足以媲美某燒烤集團嘅簿切牛舌,除開每片都係十蚊左右,非常抵食😋其他點心都中規中矩,唯沒有蜜汁叉燒王咁突出,令人一試難忘。😙可能已經接近四點準備落場,枱上面嘅吉碟吉籠堆積如同集團的寿司鋪仍未有人清理,等我仲以為電腦系統壞咗,埋單前會有職員前來數碟。好彩隔離枱埋單後仍然杯盤狼藉,可以騰出些微空間借來放少少碗碟,否則遲來的點心可能要再等一陣先有空間降落。😉

平時來翠園多數是午市飲茶﹐今次同朋友來食晚飯﹐我們六人﹐叫了一個套餐﹐質素很好﹐龍蝦海斑套餐﹐個上湯龍蝦焗伊麵好好食﹐隻龍蝦夠大肉質彈牙﹐份量足夠六人。條魚清蒸花尾斑﹐中等大細﹐肉質夠滑。脆燒雞半隻﹐肉質夠腍﹐表皮脆脆卜。紫米露糖水不太甜﹐唯一美中不足是不夠熱﹐已經攤凍了。其他炆鵝掌和倣翅都好食。另外再加了兩個小菜。當天晚上人流不算太多﹐服務員數量一般﹐見到他們都忙過不停。今餐都算抵食﹐每人平均$250﹐值得推薦。
