To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗主weekday晚留港消費,支持本地食肆。未夠7:30到 沙田 「菜遠」一家大細+親戚一齊食。老實講,成個大廳得11長枱左右,坐得好舒服!一d都吾迫! 我哋個7人(包括70+ 的2位長者、1位小學生),諗住叫個6人餐食,又無其中一碟鴨無洒。咁我問係咪自選其他餸replace?囉侍應只係“令”頭,唔敢答咁無得點個6人餐。跟住我哋再揀一個片皮鴨孖寶餐。佢又話冇片皮鴨😅結果全部餐都無貨!我知市道唔好,唔入咁多材料,但係你半場人都冇,全部嘢都話人聽係售罄,你叫人點幫襯?!但你又勁宣傳你d 餐有幾抵,完全係陷阱!全場傳菜有4、5個,但樓面只得一個執枱/落單/上菜/收錢 的all in 1, 1 staff only!我雖然不滿,但係我都覺得這員工都很可憐!結果點洒menu,埋單$1600, 但大家吾係好飽🥲 吾知食左乜... 不如吾好做晚市算啦...PS, 9pm 埋單,終於見到個男黑衫,似部長的人出現 continue reading

非常惡劣的服務質量,成個餐廳管理系統相當混亂,極度缺人手,落單時等極都搵唔到人黎落。問起又唔知乜菜式有乜菜式無,結果落完單隔一陣返黎同你講呢樣無,又落單又隔一陣話果樣都無。已經搞到最後淨係order左一個送。點知就呢一個送,等左20分鐘都未有得食。最後嬲到講不如cancel唔食算罷,又即刻一秒就同你攞到碟野上黎wor?已經食唔出個送咩味,淨係想快脆食完走人。最後走果陣去左佢地個洗手間,污糟到想嘔,廁板上面有好多一滴滴深黃色污漬,換左一格,馬桶蓋同地上都有疑似係尿液嘅液體。總之以後都唔會再踏入呢間舖半步。 continue reading
