今次係掹車邊跟大廚到明閣食晚餐 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 檯上的小食&調味料有～琥珀合桃，xo醬及豆乾豆醬～很 like 🤩至尊蜜汁叉燒～暖暖的～口感軟綿綿，蜜汁提升了叉燒的味道 👍🏻👍🏻😍松露金縷衣～驟眼睇落去跟本是家常的煎鯪魚鬆餅 😆 當然食材是比較高級，用了黑松露及免治雞肉 😚 食落口很juicy 😘 黑松露不會搶走雞味 😊 配菜的金瓜條外脆內軟，略為多蒜減低金瓜的清甜 😋 琥珀羊肚菌千頁豆腐～豆腐排得靚 🤩 唯獨一粒不合群的頑皮杞子很礙眼 😆 味鮮，有羊肚菌的香氣及杞子的甜 😁 豆腐當然滑溜芒果燕窩糕及桂花杞子糕～噴曬煙嘅甜品，兩個糕點都好清甜～為這餐畫上完美的句號 😍😍飢point : 7 /10#hungermarch #飢詩 #非飢詩
