To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚，一行四人，在北京樓吃晚飯，雖然我們已預先訂了枱，準時在八時到達。到達後，看見還有人在等位，我們都等了約10分鐘才安排可以進入；看來這店的受歡迎程度頗高。點了菜後，食物先後送到：1. 京式糖醋小排骨，酸酸甜甜的，非常醒胃。2. 上海炒年糕，年糕很煙韌，口感十足，也很飽肚。3. 北京填鴨，我們只點了半隻，味道不錯， 雖不及某些烤鴨專門店好味，但已很好了，如果飽皮再多幾片就更好了。4. 胡同叉子燒餅，碎肉份量充足。5. 無錫冠湯小籠包，皮不厚不薄，肉汁美味。6. 高力豆沙，高水準，蛋包鬆軟，香蕉與豆沙餡配合又不過甜過膩，。7. 豆沙鍋餅， 香脆可口，我們吃不完，打包了幾件，水準仍可保持。有信用卡優惠折扣後，常很抵食，難怪這店那麼多人客光顧。
