To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友經常話北京樓北京烤鴨唔錯,最近工作忙,攰到唔想郁,又見外賣平台做緊特價,於是外賣咗佢哋嘅北京烤鴨、北京炒拉麵同埋銀絲卷。首先講烤鴨(半隻$285),賣相真係幾吸引,切得整齊,金黃色嘅鴨皮望落去好脆。食落口真係有驚喜,皮脆之餘,啲鴨肉唔會太乾,有啲位仲幾多汁。不過有啲鴨件比較肥膩,食多幾塊會覺得有啲 heavy,唔係每塊都咁平均。另外,隨餐送嘅甜麵醬有啲過咸,少咗啲層次感,反而遮蓋咗鴨肉本身嘅香味。跟鴨送埋嘅餅皮都有驚喜,送到嚟都仲係熱辣辣,唔會乾或者太厚,包住鴨肉同青瓜、甜麵醬一齊食,非常夾口,成件事食落去更有層次感。順便試埋北京炒拉麵($173),其貌不揚,以為係無落老揪嘅上海粗炒,但食落完全唔同,麵條口感煙韌,有嚼勁,幾特別。炒得唔算重味,唔咸,但食落去夠香,整體算係清爽路線,唔錯,食完唔會覺得膩。最後係銀絲卷($48),當係飯後甜品咁食,真係幾好食。外層焗得金黃香脆,一咬落去有微微酥脆感,入面就夠晒鬆軟。跟埋煉奶,甜甜地好夾,食完一個都會想再食多個,啱晒當甜點收尾。總結:烤鴨值得一試,餅皮同炒拉麵都有水準,銀絲卷更加係完美收尾,整體搭配得好好,成餐食得滿足。下次有機會可以 dine in 試埋其他菜式,應該會有更多發現。 continue reading

好耐無食片皮鴨襯生日去食返餐,之前北京樓俾我印象一向唔差,今晚之後永遠都唔會再去。2大2細叫咗個4人套餐,頭盆豆腐放幾pat 老干媽係上面,完全唔夾,又無味。醉雞正常。宮寶蝦球一上黎個皮已經淋,個汁又唔酸又唔甜,唔知想點。蟹肉羹都係無味。片皮鴨D皮癡埋一舊勁難攞,D鴨又油又無味。甜品豌豆糕都係無味,連小小甜都無。全晚最正常係個上湯豆苗。仲有小籠包,個皮出嚟仲係白色,都未蒸透。質素勁差。1600蚊食一個4人餐,食到一肚氣。 continue reading

星期日工人放假,不想洗碗,yuu又有食滿$600減$200優惠,而且有5小時泊車優惠,於是選擇老仔號北京樓,點之失望到極點,食上海姥姥性價比好過佢多多聲!因為害怕walk in多人,所以中午打去訂位,佢話分兩輪,1800-1930及2000-2130,我心諗有無咁好生意!我4大2小,所以選擇了半隻烤鴨,一個蟹皇炒飯,一個上海粗炒,一個小籠包,一個菜。烤鴨:乾曾曾,味道一道,深圳好多烤鴨店都好過佢。$228蟹皇炒飯:完全係一個普通到唔普通既蛋菜粒炒飯,份糧少,上面加一pln蟹醬。$148(上海$90)上海粗炒:內絲都無條,份糧少,好油。$138(上海$80)小籠包:$90六粒,味道一般。菜:菜單上寫雞毛菜,我係深圳食過,上台小唐菜,$120咪單$900(茶錢連加一已經$150),減左$200,$700,完全同質素唔成正比,上海老老好過佢好多!最後,服務態度連一句多謝光臨都無! continue reading
