To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到晚飯時間,突然想食點心,於是黎到呢間米芝連食店潮聖。剛去到不用等位就可以直接入座,食客都好多元化有外國遊客,本地家庭,朋友等等。點心種類比一般酒樓少,但價錢都幾平易近人。我地點左酥皮焗叉燒包、豉油王炒面、煎臘味蘿蔔糕、黃沙豬潤腸粉同鮑汁鳳爪。洗完杯飲個茶既時間已經上左酥皮叉燒包,酥皮鬆脆而蜜汁叉燒味道適中,亦好多人推介呢個點心,實在唔錯。炒面同蘿蔔糕同一般既酒樓水準差不多,不過不失。至於豬潤腸粉唔係出面常見既,豬潤爽脆唔會太粉,腸粉亦唔會太厚粉,鍾意食豬潤既朋友可以試一試。鮑汁鳳爪係咁多道點心入面,比較失水準,鮑汁較水狀而鳳爪唔唸。整體不錯,但個別點心需要改善,有機會都會再去試試其他點心。
