To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次放假都會帶媽咪去百樂潮州酒家飲茶,這裏除了點心還可以食到正宗的潮州美食。這裏環境裝修優雅,座位方面亦坐得好舒服,服務員亦很有禮貌地介紹特色點心給我們😋紫菜魚蛋魚片湯顏色色彩繽紛,材料豐富,有紫菜、魚蛋、魚片、生菜和蘑菇等,魚蛋和魚片鮮甜爽口彈牙,湯底加入了炸蒜和炸魚甫,令到湯底的味道更加提升。脆皮蝦腸這碟脆皮蝦腸有驚喜,入口乃層層脆脆的薄脆,比一般清蒸的蝦腸口感更豐富。潮式煎韭菜粿這碟很有正宗潮州的味道,餡料有韭菜、新鮮豬肉和鮮蝦,皮薄帶有香脆,材料豐富味道帶有口感,配搭得不錯👍職員極力推介。蜜汁叉燒包熱騰騰的叉燒包,叉燒包的豬肉肉質鮮嫩,口感鬆軟。綠豆爽這個亦是潮州人氣甜品,微甜,綠豆煲得好淋好入味👍
