To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚幫襯左呢間位於尖沙咀嘅潮州餐廳,味道都唔錯,感覺非常正宗。食潮州嘢點少得煎蠔餅,佢個蠔餅係用薯粉而且真係煎唔係炸,又難得又正宗。潮州菜成日都有角色各樣嘅粿,今晚我哋就試咗兩款,分別係香煎韭菜粿同埋煎筍粿,韭菜粿啲韭菜非常香,而且佢嘅皮濺到微脆,好好食。煎筍粿味道都唔錯,佢嘅餡料都幾fresh,但係我鍾意韭菜粿多啲。另外仲叫咗個蝦棗拼芋頭卷,兩樣味道都唔錯,可以雙拼真係好好多,因為可以試多啲唔同款式嘅嘢食。
