To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位置於Isquare斜對面,非常易搵方便。環境裝修超級靚,好中國風特色,而且餐廳圍繞住窗口嚟擺枱,感覺舒服開揚炸蝦棗蟹棗兩款都非常脆皮,蝦同蟹味道算濃,炸色睇到炸油唔係萬年油豬頭粽好得意,豬頭肉用滷水滷過再切碎做,口感偏硬實,外貌好似豬血糕一樣,肉質好似豬肉乾,餸酒係一流滷水三拼:鵝腸、鵝肝、鵝片鵝肝爽滑入味,冇內臟腥味。鵝片都入味,肉質唔柴。鵝腸爽脆石榴雞全綠色,好健康,中間一排西蘭花做裝飾。石榴雞外皮只用蛋白做,皮好薄,但係餡料雞肉粒過熟,唔感偏硬潮州獅蚶汁料好正好惹味,獅蚶量多新鮮,都算唔腥,不過食唔慣嘅朋友應該接受唔到😅南乳骨炸得靚,南乳味ok,肉質好軟潮式蠔洛呢度嘅蠔洛正宗唔係完全炸到脆晒,而係半煎炸,帶點台灣蠔洛果種軟糯,非常鍾意佢呢種做法,唔會成口油同粉潮式牛丸春菜煲牛丸爽彈有肉味,兼Juicy,春菜炆到淋晒,加埋湯底濃郁,好好味反沙芋有8件,糖皮脆,芋頭粉糖醋麵兩面皇,半煎炸完都唔太油,蛋味係幾好,加埋醋食好爽清心丸綠豆爽甜度可以再高啲,感覺太清淡, continue reading

5月13號星期二打去訂位翌日六點晚膳;接聽電話嘅服務員問聽晚係幾多號...都未講完佢話等等就換咗另一個服務員我就重複一次訂位。今次個服務員話“聽晚係唔係13號?” 我真係黑人問號然後我反問佢其實“聽晚”有幾難明白呢而且聽日係14號唔該你幫我訂14號六點。留咗人數留咗電話訂好位收線。14號當晚入座同朋友先傾一輪計未落單,侍應先生冇幾耐行埋嚟問你哋食乜嘢我哋話轉頭會嗌。然後佢話你哋而家好嗌喇喎因為七點半要還枱。反問佢訂枱時冇講有限時、拎枱時亦冇講有限時!侍應先生堅持七點半要還枱咁我哋唯有選擇離開。明白做生意想做兩輪...但係你講清楚我哋做消費者起碼有選擇! continue reading

平時都有幫襯開呢間餐廳嘅午餐,大概$90 一個餐,有時一個星期去兩次。今次下晝1:30去到,全場都係吉枱。我拎住一大袋嘢同大褸,四眼男店員表示要同另一個客人搭枱。我平時次次都唔介意搭枱,因為始終人哋做生意,都想坐多啲客人,做多啲生意。但係因為今次拎住好多嘢,佢個位真係好迫,只係得一張凳,冇其他地方擺嘢。所以就冇食,今時今日咁嘅服務態度真係唔想再去幫襯。 如果真係好多人咁都冇辦,但係全場都係吉枱冇人坐,點解都唔可以將心比己體諒吓客人。佢哋係樓上鋪,主力都係做熟客生意,其實都唔應該咁樣趕客。仲要喺而家呢個時勢,午市套餐只係肯收現金,唔知咩原因呢。我以後lunch 要食潮洲野就會去隔離嗰棟樓嘅潮洲嘢算啦 continue reading

一家十口做節,訂了包房,環境舒適寧靜,家庭聚會可以暢所欲言, 唔怕嘈到其他客人。我們點了滷水拼盤,香煎蠔烙,蝦棗,椒鹽九肚魚,普寧豆腐,走地雞全隻,適逢端午節,部長推介潮州粽,叫左兩隻,全部都好好食!好似叫得太多熱氣嘢,最後送清心丸糖水,我地再叫兩份芋泥,好似甜左啲。整體食得好開心,服務一流,兩大長老和小孩都好滿意,下次再嚟,想試下生醃蝦。 continue reading

我哋星期六三個人去食晏,叫咗四碟嘢,食物尚可以,因為1145am 到人唔多,櫃檯附近職員傾計也很自由,我哋聽到有潮州話粗口評論職員安排大細枱問題,沒理會。食完埋單四百幾,因有一碟鵝肝炒飯屬午餐($88),職員埋單話唔可以用信用卡,其實話俾我聽幾多錢嘅時候,連單也冇俾我睇,直接講出價錢,我要問可唔可以睇吓張單佢先俾我睇,如果4碟嘢其中之一係午餐,而呢個係唔俾用信用卡嘅原因或條件(即使你食得幾多錢),俾現金唔係有問題,但我覺得要預先同客人講。潮洲食館酒樓多的是,呢間幫襯幾次,今次體驗特別,沒有下次了。 continue reading
