To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日訂了枱到將軍澳潮庭食晚餐, 好耐都冇食潮州野了, 好期待啊!酒樓入面地方比較狹窄, 侍應安排了我們八個人坐比較細小的枱。潮州必食當然係鹵水鵝片,鵝片肥瘦適中鹵得好入味! 酒香紅炆肋骨肉質夠腍。豆腐釀鯪魚肉煲, 清清地。魚蛋素菜煲, 魚蛋非常彈牙。酥炸蝦球, 雖然佢上枱嘅時候好似有啲求其, 賣相不討好, 但食落夠鬆化, 仲有大大粒蝦肉, 酸酸甜甜夠野味。薑蔥鴨肉絲麵, 呢一碟簡直無得輸, 麵嘅質地有咬口再配埋香蔥一起食, 帶出陣陣嘅薑蔥香味。煎蠔餅, 賣相普通但係第一啖咬落去嘅時候已經聞到蛋香。芋茸香酥鴨, 同平時食嘅芋角差唔多,冇乜特別。總括嚟講場內比較窄,當我哋埋單走嘅時候出面仲有好多人等緊位, 食物質素可以 & 服務ok!

潮州必食當然係鹵水鵝片,鵝片肥瘦適中鹵得好入味!

豆腐釀鯪魚肉煲, 清清地。
魚蛋素菜煲, 魚蛋非常彈牙。
酥炸蝦球, 雖然佢上枱嘅時候好似有啲求其, 賣相不討好, 但食落夠鬆化, 仲有大大粒蝦肉, 酸酸甜甜夠野味。
