To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚屋企人生日,於是去這間酒家吃中菜,長輩應該會鍾意👍🏼首先,講吓環境,一入到去間酒樓好大,而且亦都好旺場,冷氣夠坐得舒服。服務方面,這間酒樓的服務員都很好,會定時定候幫客人斟水,介紹菜式,有時還會幫忙夾餸👍🏼👍🏼有啲餸好食到唔記得影相😂😂特別推薦佢嘅滷水拼盤,每一樣配菜都好入味好有質素👍🏼另外亦都推介佢哋嘅蟹鉗,係真係真材實料嘅蟹鉗,雖然價錢唔平,但真係物有所值。另外炸子雞翼推介,皮脆肉滑,亦都好入味,唔會好鹹。總結而言,呢間酒家,我相信應該會有下次,長輩食完都讚好。 continue reading

年廿九下午茶優惠已經暫停,所以正價時段過去,大約等咗10分鐘就有位。今日主要都係飲茶食點心。可能新年前多人聚會,今日每次order起碼要等45分鐘,真係有啲等到傻,可能係即叫即蒸?!兩個人食咗七個點心。食物味道質素方面,正正常常,不過不失。比較有驚喜嘅點心係 香煎韭菜粿($43)。煎到外脆內軟,足餡料。臘味糯米飯($43):呢個就真係麻麻地。事關係點心蒸出嚟,全部啲飯黐住晒,唔同生炒嗰啲,粒粒分明。 continue reading
