今天跟朋友去了東涌行街,晚飯時間去了這間高級中菜館。這間餐廳位於東薈坊北座地下,人流較少,環境寧靜,座位寬闊,適合與朋友談心、放鬆心情。而我們倆人叫了兩餸一主食。潮洲咸雞花生半隻,雞不會過咸,清清地,質感滑嫩、唔會煮到鞋身,而花生帶鹽,若果想雞肉添多一分咸味可以連花生一同進口,更能帶出雞肉香味。黃金炸雙棗,兩款棗都好爽口、彈牙,而且唔會炸得油膩。而我偏好蝦棗,因為蝦的鮮甜味好出,而且食到一粒粒蝦好彈牙。欖菜肉碎四季豆,四季豆爽脆,欖菜香口,配合肉碎,令成碟菜潤色不少,唔會過於清淡以致成碟菜淡而無味,而且肉碎調味得剛好,雖然就咁食會咸,但係配埋菜就剛好。潮洲炒麵線,清淡為主,配料不多但麵線質地爽滑而麵本身帶有咸味, 用嚟配餸食一流。
