To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期日去到時代廣場,難得來到,當然要試下這兒的餐廳,因為媽媽想食潮州菜,於是我們就選了百樂潮州酒家,這間酒樓的環境唔錯,而且出品亦很好。在時代廣場食中午,因為地區問題,菜式價錢絕對不菲,所以只點了兩款飽肚的特色菜餚,分別是滷水鵝和炒糯米飯。上菜之前會有前菜小食,這兒前菜是酸菜肉鬆,酸菜和肉鬆一般拌以白飯或白粥來食,作為前菜很特別,十分開胃,令食欲大增。接著當然是開始動筷食滷水鵝和炒糯米飯,滷水鵝片很鮮嫩,滷水汁不會太多,不會太鹹或太淡, 味道恰到好處,食滷水鵝,怎能少了滷水豆腐,食了部分滷水鵝之後,底層有幾片滷水豆腐,滷水豆腐很夠味,口感很好,配上酸辣醋汁,很開胃可口。跟著嚐試炒糯米飯,糯米飯要炒得好並不容易,很多酒樓食肆都未必炒得好味,糯米飯要夠乾爽煙韌,材料要足夠,才可炒出美味的糯米飯。糯米飯的材料包括有糯米,蝦米,蔥,冬菇,臘肉,臘腸,蛋花等,加上適量老抽和生抽炒至均勻上色。這兒的炒糯米飯雖然少了蛋花作配料,但口感十足,而且夠哂乾身,相信是熟炒糯米飯而非平日普遍食到的生炒糯米飯,所謂熟炒即先炒材料再加飯,生炒是先炒飯後加材料,食了這兩款美食之後已感到很飽,很滿足,真是一個愉快的
