To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日早餐食得比較飽,所以唔食午餐,改為食下午茶☺️簡單點咗3款食物:脆皮皇子乳鴿$68。乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,又夠哂大隻,2個人食1隻都覺得好夠☺️蟹子鮮蝦燒賣皇$48。去到所有酒樓,我都會點燒賣,因為燒賣最能顯出師傅嘅功架🤣呢度嘅燒賣整得好好,因為啲蝦好新鮮好大隻,又夠爽脆,絕對唔係「啤水」啤到爽口🤩而且燒賣入面大部分portion都係蝦,只係有少量豬肉同冬菇點綴,更顯矜貴🥰潮州炒飯(例)$118。炒飯一上到枱,乜例牌都咁大份嘅😱面層係薄薄嘅蛋皮,弄開內有乾坤😏有好多隻蝦、大量火腿粒、葱😍飯粒好夠乾身、有𡁻口🤤混合蛋皮一齊食,突然愈食愈開胃🤣🤣🤣飽飽了,酒樓送上功夫茶,等我倆消一消飽滯感,今餐下午茶好豐足啊😌
