好耐冇食過馬來西亞星加坡嘢,選了這間海南少爺, 晚上 入嚟竟然唔使等位,開心極了。入坐免費送上小吃: (花生,炸魚皮)非常可口鬆脆點了鮑汁鳳爪: 鮑汁鳳爪,非常入味,鮮嫩,鳳爪皮彈牙。印度薄餅配咖哩汁: 印度薄餅象手抓餅一樣牛油鬆軟的麵包抓餅配上香濃咖哩汁。鹽酥豬頸肉: 豬頸肉用鹽蘇方法炮製,非常脆口內裏彈牙爽脆的豬頸肉配上甜酸汁,特別好食,要讚一讚。再叫咗半隻海南雞: 古法炮製海南雞,雞肉特別鮮嫩,有彈性,配上黑色的馬來西亞甜豉油加薑蓉分外好吃。最後再叫咗個好似炒河粉咁嘅物體: 應該叫做炒粿條, 我特別喜歡這道菜裏面有可分卡有面再配上黑色豉油去炒有少許辣味非常好吃。相信好快又會再來!!
