To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天一行四人又來到老地方飲茶。今天等位的人比較多,雖然我們早上十一時半已扺達酒樓,但要到十二時十分才可入座。在門口的宣傳牌上看見彩褔皇宴原來已連續5年榮獲點心大奬,我們今天便叫了一些酒樓標榜的招牌點心。香港旅發局美食之最大賞得獎點心旋風黃金流沙包($30) 的賣相果然像旋風,搣開之後,那甜甜的流沙蛋黃餡混著濃烈的香氣一湧出來了,趁熱吃美味無窮。港式街頭蝦米腸粉($30)的顔色配搭很美,米䊢加上蝦米和蔥花配埋甜醬,麻醬、辣醬和豉油一起吃,放到嘴裡可嚐到多層次的味道。原隻鮑魚燒賣($35)確實便宜,小小的鮑魚好有𡁻口,加上爽滑的蝦肉和豬肉,令人一試難忘。龍皇野菌腸($30)很特別,腸粉包着有許多野菌和少許魚肉混合的脆春卷,吃落又滑又脆又爽口。世界粵廚皇大賽得獎點心:海皇太子餃($28)餡料有蝦肉、魚肉和少許西芹,吃起來非常清爽和有鮮味。除了以上得獎點心外,我們還點了滑滑的瑤柱臘味蒸蘿蔔糕($26)和潮鹵滑豆腐($35);真材實料的涼瓜龍躉班頭腩炒河($90)和濃淡得宜的燒汁煎釀鮮冬菰($24)。最後我們今天的午餐以四件清甜可口的紅豆桂花糕($18)和兩個香甜的香芋西米焗布甸($32)作結,
