To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得去元朗,問吓地膽有啲咩好食,於是佢就推介永年士多,呢度主打馳名車仔麵咁我就梗係要試吓啦!由於第一次食朋友推薦我食大碗餸( $86 )佢哋可以嗌唔同嘅粉面或者係米線,咁我就叫咗米線底我朋友就叫咗粗面底,由於我鍾意食辣所以我就要咗中辣,呢碗麵都真係幾大碗有好多唔同嘅餸包括左蘿蔔、豬腸、紅腸、魚蛋、豬皮、雞翼、雞翼尖、豬紅等等…..另外飲品嗌咗支裝奶茶同埋一杯士多啤梨乳酸梳打,杯梳打唔係好甜清清地配埋辣麵都好好味,果然冇介紹錯!
