朋友👱🏻‍♀️話想食高質素西餐🍽️,又話要坐得舒服,咁我即刻諗一諗,用咗大約5秒時間,諗到呢間,就決定帶朋友👱🏻‍♀️上去開餐🤣依家有 Harlan’s 冬日精選晚餐,有每位 $888 四道菜晚餐 (前菜選2,主菜選1及甜品),咁我哋一人叫咗一個 $888😋,咁即係我哋有4個前菜2個主菜2份甜品🤣前菜「法國水晶藍蝦,鱈魚皮及魚子醬」:鱈魚皮做到脆卜卜,上邊放水晶藍蝦同埋魚子醬,幾特別,幾好味😋前菜「松葉蟹海膽蒸蛋配魚子片」:做法似一個 custard 分開幾層,加咗海膽、松葉蟹 等,上邊有一片脆卜卜用 Parmigiano Reggiano 做嘅脆片,在上邊又放咗啲海膽同埋魚子,食嘅時候將脆片扑碎然後撈埋晒一齊食,味道層次豐富😋前菜「美國封門牛柳他他,紅菜頭清湯」:consommé 同封門牛柳他他分開上,consommé 顏色較深因為廚師落咗煎過嘅洋蔥落去煲,封門牛柳他他同紅菜頭啫喱喺個碟裏邊,店長哥哥將 consommé 倒入個碟裏邊,咁就飲得🤩;封門牛柳細細粒好牛味,紅菜頭洋蔥清湯亦都有濃郁牛味👍前菜「鵝肝,香茅薑果醬及黑朱古力多士」:鵝肝一般都係煎嘅,呢度菜鵝肝係蒸嘅,比較特別,口感好
