To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 多年前食過北京樓,好高質素。好久無食,現在再食感覺比以前差咗,可能係自己嘴刁咗。全隻烤北京填鴨水準下降了,仍然美味唔差,只是沒有之前驚為天人的感覺。四人係食唔晒嘅,因為都幾油膩,食三、四片都要停。甜豆炒蝦球,蝦球好大隻,好爽口。糖醋黃魚係我好鍾意的一道菜,煎炸過的黃魚,配上酸酸甜甜的糖醋汁,好下飯。蟹粉小籠包,我無試到,因為比兩個女食晒,小籠包爆汁,兩個女都話好食。其他餸菜普普通通,雖然水準稍為下降了,但仍不失為京菜的一個好選擇。現時仍經常有一些信用卡優惠, 十分抵食。

其他餸菜普普通通,雖然水準稍為下降了,但仍不失為京菜的一個好選擇。
