To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由細到大都好鐘意食片皮鴨,今次近近地出荃灣品嚐呢間片皮鴨,因為網上評價係唔錯的相信冇乜人可以抗拒到片皮鴨嘅魅力,今次同朋友短聚試下,入到去見到一大塊落地玻璃,師傅會喺入面幫助客人即席將鴨片皮,皮鴨切得大小相若,有得睇又有得食,非常有視覺效果烤北京填鴨(半隻)片皮鴨份量唔少,用上新鮮餅皮包裹住肥美可口嘅片皮鴨,肉質保持嫩滑,皮脆多汁再配以香甜嘅醬汁,真係令人一件再一件甘食饅魚炒飯鰻魚炒飯雖然是一道非常簡單的菜色,但呢到用上煲仔形式上碟,保持熱到,鰻魚數量十分多,醬汁甜美,飯粒有少少蕉香味道,配上蔥花真心好好食,真係給我一個大驚喜總結:呢間價錢唔算係好貴,但非常有熱誠的食物
