To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為個女要去荃灣大會堂幼稚園畢業禮，揀咗荃灣廣場嘅美中鴨子食晏。原本諗住食四人餐，見到主餐牌平日午市全部半價，仲抵過四人餐。叫咗一隻鴨，兩位老人家話係佢哋食過最好嘅片皮鴨。其他小籠包賽螃蟹蒸銀絲都好好食，單6百幾蚊5位。趁仲有優惠，搵日有機會午餐去食多次。

兩個人的晚餐，半隻北京填鴨，一碟炒飯，一份四川辣炒雞塊，一份小食牛肉餅。牛肉餅：香脆可口，裏面的餡鮮嫩多汁。外脆內軟，口感層次豐富。🤤🤤四川辣椒炒雞塊：除了辣，就食不到其他的味道了，食不到辣的，這道菜不太推介。美中鴨子的北京填鴨：鴨肉油而不腻，搭配特製的甜醬，大蔥，青瓜條和薄餅，口感層次豐富，令人回味無窮 ，另外填鴨的香氣四溢，常常吸引到路過的客人品嚐🤩🤩，無論是家庭聚餐還是朋友聚會 ，北京填鴨都係一道不可缺少的美食，深受大家的喜愛🤤🤤

柚子沙律都冇半件柚子肉，侍應仲要話一向係咁，反映後加返柚子，但都冇一件！香港餐飲業真係令人掃興及失望。好彩其他菜式都仲好好味！好彩蟹鉗仍能保持水準，片皮鴨不過不失。

一家人🧑🧑🧒🧒去荃灣搵食，屋企人揀咗美中鴨子🦆食扁皮鴨，去到先知Eatizen a la carte 7折，但係要重新安裝個apps。Walk-in等咗5分鐘等店員安排座位，有靠牆梳化🛋️位方便小朋友👧🏻。QR code落單，叫咗半隻填鴨$208，雪花❄️松葉炸蟹鉗兩隻$156，煎蛋🍳手抓餅🫓$36，炸銀絲卷$28，茶位$24x4，前菜$24。填鴨都幾多塊皮，皓脆有肥膏，刀🍴工唔錯👍🏻，包皮加埋醬、蔥、青瓜🥒正，仲有鴨肉食，小朋友👧🏻食哂d包皮搞到我唔夠包皮。松葉蟹鉗超巨大，爽口彈牙蟹肉多，手抓餅一般，炸銀絲卷夠脆正。前菜有青瓜🥒豆卜都皓食。可簽卡。要同staff講Eatizen先7折，yuu儲分。

午餐時間去用饍，態度超差，十問九唔應，黑面，打工打到咁都幾爽。埋單時問佢＜有無邊間信用卡銀行會有折扣＞，員工回應 ＜吓，咪已經俾左7折你囉！仲想要咩優惠！＞其實佢都無解釋到點解會俾左7折我。咁既態度，唔會再貼錢買難受。眼見隔離枱問員工關於叫左既鴨既問題，員工聽完無反應就走左去，事後亦聽到隔離枱相當不滿，但現場卻投訴無門。必無下次了！各位想去食既話，必須要預左無人理會你既提問，及被員工鬧。而家香港經濟差，香港飲食業叫苦連天，多得哩啲害群之馬！
