同男朋友食好少少,決定嚟銅鑼灣食鐵板燒x omakase.今日6點半入座,望出去大廈外面見到維港同維園景色,睇住慢慢日落,心情都特別好。omakase座位可以睇住師傅鐵板燒嘅過程,師傅幽默友善,互動同氣氛都好好。食物方面,首先嚟前菜。前菜有精緻嘅三小碟,分別係炒昆布,胡麻豆腐同煙燻豬腩肉。之後有濃蝦湯,味道濃郁。刺身當日係松露真鯛魚、深海池魚同吞拿魚。深海池魚較多魚油、吞拿魚魚味濃郁、而爽口嘅真鯛魚配松露都好夾。壽司分別有薑蔥調味嘅池魚,另外有佐佐木魚配胡椒。佢預先調教嘅味道都好match,唔洗再點醬油。之後就到最期待嘅鐵板燒😆。🥢銀雪魚魚皮同魚肉特別方開泡制,魚皮另外煎到好香脆。而魚肉保留到魚油,食落口肉汁爆開,口感好滿足🥢雪場蟹 龍蝦汁師傅講得無錯,龍蝦汁係精粹😆蟹肉煎到好香煙燻味,同龍蝦汁好夾👍🏼🥢燒日本和牛分別有薄片同厚切兩種食法,可以試晒兩種不同口感。我個人更愛厚切,juicy啲更有滿足感最後有鐵板炒飯同甜品。總言之食物質素、環境同師傅都令我覺得物有所值,係食得好開心嘅一餐👍🏼
