highlight of the meal had to be the freshly caught australian lobster straight frm the tank - the meat was firm & succulent, elevated by the sauce made frm shrimp head fat & butter thts deeply flavourful SO GOOOD. the foie gras was pan-seared to a golden, crispy perfection & paired w homemade blueberry sauce, offering a tangy sweetness that cut through the richness. the miyazaki wagyu w thick cuts highlighted the marbling, while the center retained a beautiful rosy hue.

瀧宴日本料理位於銅鑼灣Sugar+,晚餐有Takiyan特選和牛套餐。這套餐共有10道菜加上一款甜品:首先上的是醬汁煮南非鮑魚,鮑魚質感鮮嫩,搭配白蘿蔔同樣入味,味道鮮美而不鹹膩。接著是三款刺身,新鮮甘甜,如果厚切口感會更好。茶碗蒸和季節吸物也很不錯,蜆湯清甜鮮美,喝起來十分舒服。龍蝦是現場即炒,肉質新鮮肥美,特別是用龍蝦頭膏炒製。香煎鵝肝多士煎得剛好,配黑醋解膩宮崎和牛肉質肥美細嫩,不過擺盤部分還有提升空間。附餐的香蒜炒飯配有雙蛋黃煎蛋,炒雜菜口感爽脆,味道適中。最後是提子啫喱作甜品,清新解膩。整體來說,這頓和牛套餐豐富而精緻,加上適時搭配清酒,值得一試。
