To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 片皮鴨嘅精華在於佢塊皮 雖然佢擺碟擺得好靚 但好明顯見到鴨皮嘅油脂唔夠 鴨肉都比較乾身 蘸醬料都略為咸 但有一樣野南海一號做得好體貼 就係每一塊粉皮都有層牛油紙做隔層 可以令每塊皮唔會黏實 亦可以將底層未食既粉皮保溫 好少餐廳會願意咁做 難得既

6. 龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯

食到呢一味其實已經好飽 不過呢一個飯係我認為呢餐最好食既餸 好濃嘅海鮮湯配上瓜菜米飯 真係要試過先知有幾好味

7. 日本鮮果雪芭

當晚嘅甜品係青蘋果雪芭 酸酸甜甜嘅味道為當晚畫上句號

成餐飯淨係望住呢個鹹蛋黃食 柔和光線 維港既景色 我媽子對呢餐飯都表示滿意
