如果約去九龍食飯,我其實都幾鐘意幫襯呢間,價錢比天水圍還要平,而且賣相、味道、份量各方便都keep得幾好,唔會話每次的水準都有好大差別。紅羅白黃瓜南北杏猪骨湯雖然唔係乜野老火湯,但仍然火喉十足,一撈起湯料就知到滾左好耐才出到這效果。海虎大蝦簡單地加豉油乾煎,其實已好好味!椒鹽鮮魷夠乾身,應該是油夠滾既關係,辣椒絲及蒜蓉一齊爆炒,所以特別香口及惹味。牛柳粒很嫩口唔靭,配上燒汁及野菌這樣配搭法好好。上菜冇耐已有職員拿給我們,話係自家炒製的口水醬。其實我地冇乜去 "dim",因為各樣小炒經已好夠味。
