太元樓門面不算很顯眼,內裏空間也挺大,有卡座亦可以獨立包廂,擺設處處滲出中國風。水晶肴肉口感分明,佐以鎮江醋和薑絲,肉鮮不膩。小籠包熱辣辣,皮薄饀靚、湯汁豐富。1/4隻砂鍋雲吞雞足夠四人用,湯底頗清甜;雲吞是我最愛,雲吞皮好滑,肉饀亦新鮮。揚州炒飯有不少配料,蛋、叉燒、雞肉、蔥花,飯粒分明乾身,味道不俗。金粒豆腐薄薄一層炸粉包裹著嫩滑豆腐,不愧為招牌菜。太元樓以家庭客為主,菜式份量也較大碟,新開期間妙齡乳鴿$28/隻,好抵食。
