朋友介紹嘅呢間火鍋店,無論系打卡還是味道,都非常出色!入門口已經比佢懷舊經典嘅裝修吸引住,仲有teamlab打卡房,藝術氣氛滿滿,會舞動的花朵同衣車又係重要打卡位,吸引咗唔少客人去打卡影相。調料區設有兩個,各種調味料應有盡有。我哋揀咗日本玫瑰牛乳鍋,呈乳白色湯底,中間有朵牛乳玫瑰架在木瓜上,美得令人唔捨得開火,真係要影多幾張先捨得開火.牛乳玫瑰慢慢溶化在湯裏,侍應幫手切開鍋中木瓜,濃郁嘅牛乳味,滋補養生,湯底變得更香滑,就可以開動啦!香江拼係全牛拼盤,放在木盤上圍在火鍋湯底邊,賣相藝術感十足。安格斯肥牛砌成玫瑰花, 靚到唔捨得食!牛肉肉質上等,嫩滑無渣。牛小腿肉質緊實,食落倍感鮮甜。牛心頂為心臟大動脈血管,口感爽脆。牛白肉全為脂肪,口感特別。黑柏葉質素好高,非常爽脆。手切肥牛同牛柳粒肉質鮮嫩, 份量都好滿足。另外嗌咗個手唧紫薯麵,口感Q爽,有淡淡紫薯香,同想像中唔同,非常特別。野飲桃花緣同香芳幻,打卡一流,汽泡停留時間好短,如果要影相就要抓緊時間啦,顏色好夢幻,味道酸甜,有d果肉啫喱,好好味。
