銅鑼灣鐵板燒店林立,食開一間叫御鐵,質素穩定,通常都係食套餐前菜季節沙律,我揀咗柚子芥末醬,少少攻鼻,都好清新,沙律菜亦好新鮮兩頭南非鮑魚,超大隻,非常新鮮,一路煎一路擺動身體🤣師傅冇將佢煎到全熟,食到鮑魚鮮味,而且一D都唔韌,愈咬愈甜象拔蚌,快炒幾下已經食得,爽脆鮮甜,接近刺身級咁好味澳洲龍蝦,新鮮生猛,一路煎一路郁,睇得到嘅新鮮。由於咁新鮮,唔洗煎到全熟,龍蝦嘅甜味就更出,加上用蝦膏同牛油調配嘅醬汁,鮮味特別出A5和牛厚燒及匈牙利厚切豬,豬肉屬國寶級美味-匈牙利鬈毛豬,全天然無添加,油花分佈均勻,油脂融化溫度較低,肉味濃郁,果然名不虛傳,個人覺得仲好食過和牛🤪而和牛絕對對得住A5呢個級別,接近入口即溶,牛味稍薄,但就滿口油香,share分量啱啱好,唔會覺得油膩清酒煮蜆,加入昆布水,鮮味爆燈,本地沙白灼得啱啱熟,唔過韌,連同一齊滾嘅海帶同海草都入味好食,如果分糧再多啲就要好海膽炒飯係我最鍾意嘅做法,將飯炒到粒粒分明又乾身,之後先將海膽直接放上飯面,咁嘅做法就更食到海膽嘅甘甜,真係好食到停唔口最後就用荔枝雪糕作結,完美
