主人家大老爺請貴賓，很早的時候已特別訂了指定的貴賓房，主人家到來的時候卻發現房間被職員在完全沒有溝通的情況下擅自掉包了，老爺大發雷霆，我等後輩看在眼裡驚心動魄，內心打量港麗酒店竟敢犯下這樣的大錯。但錯誤竟然一而再，再而三的發生！我們坐低後開始上菜了，可是主人家又發現為什麼吃的東西與很久很久以前訂好了的菜單的菜竟又不一樣呢？！？！跟住找部長來詢問，果然他們又是一而再再而三的搞錯了！！！天啊！究竟這樣的服務水平，為什麼今天還可以生存呢？味道中上，但整體晚餐用膳經驗就是劣劣劣！
